White Cherry Sparkling Punch

No matter what the occasion, serving this elegant punch as your signature cocktail will make it a night to remember.


– One 750 ml bottle Skinnygirl White Cherry Vodka
– One 750 ml bottle Skinnygirl Prosecco
– 1 gallon low-calorie cranberry juice
– 2 lemons, thinly sliced


1. Chill the vodka, prosecco, and juice in their bottles overnight.

2. Just before you’re ready to serve, combine them in a punch bowl or two large pitchers. Add plenty of ice and the lemon slices.

Variation: This looks extra stunning if you use a block of ice instead of ice cubes. It’s easy to make one by freezing water overnight in a clean empty quart-size milk container. Just cut off the carton after the ice is frozen, and you’re done.
