Skinnygirl St. Clair Sangria

In honor of World Cocktail Day, I’ve teamed up with mixologists across the country bring you some brand new Skinnygirl cocktail recipes! Each recipe features ingredients native to their location which makes each cocktail even more special.

Our first featured mixologist is Kayla from Grosse Pointe, MI. Her creation is called “Skinnygirl St. Clair Sangria” and blends Sweet Michigan Cherries with peaches, mint and lime juice for a refreshing drink perfect for sipping at sea.

Skinnygirl St. Clair Sangria
Ingredients:

– One Peach, cut into pieces
– 8 Sweet Michigan Cherries
– Fresh Lime Juice
– 1oz Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
– 4oz Skinnygirl Moscato
– Mint infused Ice Cubes (or regular ice cubes – use what you have!)

Directions:
Muddle peach and cherries together, add lime juice, vodka, moscato and ice. Serve over ice in a wine glass. Garnish with fresh mint.

Mixologist Tip: Kayla uses mint infused ice cubes in her recipe which gives her drink even more flair. Make your own mint infused ice cubes at home by adding a few mint sprigs in your ice tray before freezing.
