Sassy Sparkling Sangria
This sangria is as fizzy and festive as it comes. Unlike its sturdier sangria sisters, this one can’t be made ahead of time because its bubbles will fall flat – so be sure to serve it immediately after you make it.
– 1 750ml bottle Skinnygirl Prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
– 4 Ounces Pink Grapefruit Skinnygirl Sparklers (or diet lemon-lime or grapefruit soda)
– 4 Ounces Club Soda
– 1 Cup of Blueberries
– 1 Cup of Raspberries
– 1 Handful of Strawberries
Put the prosecco and sodas in the fridge for at least an hour ahead of time, so they’re well chilled.
Combine the prosecco and sodas in a pitcher and stir. Add ice cubes (the larger, the better) and the fruit. Serve over ice in a white wine glass.
