Frozen Pina Colada Recipe

Pina Coladas are one of my favorites, but they often have a whopping 500 calories. This is why I created my own version for my Ready-To-Drink line of Skinnygirl® Cocktails. Personally, I think it tastes like paradise in a bottle. Here’s my recipe for the homemade version.

Ingredients:

– 1 ½ ounces light rum
– 3 ounces coconut milk or light coconut milk
– 2 tbs crushed pineapple, drained
– Pineapple wedge, for garnish

Directions:

Combine the rum, coconut milk, and pineapple in a blender with ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim.

For the mocktail version, leave out the rum and blend together the other ingredients. Or if you’re in a rush, grab a Pineapple Coconut Skinnygirl Sparkler for the same tropical taste.
