
Asian Glazed Sea Bass-4-5oz. filets
Marinade (for 3 hours or longer):
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 T sugar or honey
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 2 T white wine
- 1/4 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Broil fish (no extra marinade) on sheet pan for 10 minutes.
