
Rosemary Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. baby white potatoes, halved
- 1 rosemary sprig (remove greens and mince)
- 1/2 clove garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- coat with olive oil
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, up to 400 for 10, then up to broil til brown n crispy
