I cannot seem to get your Naturally Thin book in Australia?
i love this! as women it is quite difficult finding a balance and not being too obsessive over our diets (especially when eating out). I have been exercising a lot recently and find the more that i workout the more i analyse my diet. balance is the key. namaste!
New mommy here. always on the go with my 3month old. miss my old body but, do not really have time to eat right. mostly snacking through the day. no meals. just yogurt or a banana. helllp what to do?
Totally love it! ( your sample meals written out). It inspires me to practice your concept of being naturally thin. Would love it if you make it a regular part of your website. Like a column in newspapers.
