Super Bowl Sunday is almost here, and there’s no better excuse to indulge in some great food with friends. Unfortunately, it’s all too easy to overindulge, with options like potato chips, wings, and hot dogs dominating the spread. There’s nothing wrong with having a few bites of something more indulgent, but choosing things that are good investments will leave you feeling better in the long run.
