Summertime Salad Recipe

I’ve always been a big fan of salads but now that I have my own line of Skinnygirl Dressing, I’ve been creating even more delicious salad combinations. The thing about salads is – you can’t go wrong. Throw in what you have in your kitchen along with your favorite type of greens and you’re guaranteed to have a delicious and healthy meal.

Here’s a salad recipe I recently came up with that tasted amazing. The raw corn gave it a bit of sweetness, the kale chips added some crunch, and the avocado helped fill me up. I even got a little creative with the dressing by mixing Skinnygirl Balsamic Vinaigrette and Skinngygirl Poppyseed.


– Arugula
– Spinach
– Raw Corn
– Tomato
– Avocado
– Kale chips
– Skinnygirl Balsamic Dressing
– Skinnygirl Poppyseed Dressing


Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss. Mix equal parts of Skinnygirl Balsamic Vinaigrette and Skinnygirl Poppyseed Dressing together and add into salad.
