Homemade Skinny Ice Cream Recipe
Did you know, you can make delicious, healthy ice cream at home using bananas and a blender? No ice, salt, or shaking required. Simply chop up bananas (one per serving) and freeze them for at least 2 hours. Then, blend the frozen bananas in a blender or food processor until smooth. If desired, add additional ingredients and blend. Pour mixture into a dish and freeze until solid. Voila!
Here’s a few flavor options to try out:
– Strawberries (or other berry of your choice)
– Mint + Chocolate Chips
– Oreo Cookies
– Peanut Butter (or Nutella)
– Cherries + Vanilla Extract
– Peach + Cinnamon
