Chopped Salad

Making a delicious salad doesn’t have to involve fancy ingredients or a lot of prep work. Simple foods like fresh vegetables always taste great in any dish and they’re typically pretty easy to find in the grocery store. This Chopped Salad will fill you up and keep your cravings at bay.


– Iceberg lettuce
– 1 cucumber, chopped
– 2 tomatoes, chopped
– 1 avocado, chopped
– 1/4 cup of corn, cut off the cob
– Balsamic and ranch dressing mixed together
– 3 Tbsp. low-fat shredded cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, toss the lettuce and vegetables together and season with salt and pepper. Lightly drizzle dressing on top of the salad.
