Green Apple Rings with Peanut Butter and Granola
These bites pack a lot of protein and can be made in no time. Just core an apple, slice it horizontally into rings spread the rings with peanut butter, and sprinkle on some granola. Easy-breezy.
Cashews and Almonds
The best part about this natural snack (aside from the great taste) is that they take no prep time to make. Just stash some in baggies in your purse for when you are hungry between meals.
Hummus with Pita and Veggies
When you just can’t stop nibbling, spreading hummus on carrots or celery is a great way to get the same crunch you do with chips and cut out the fat. My favorite is Skinnygirl Cilantro Jalapeno.
