Avocado Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
This is not your typical smoothie! It’s a little savory, a little sweet and completely decadent. Try it out, and let me know what you think!
(Makes 4 cups)
Prep time: 5 minutes
-1 fully ripened avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
-2 cups low-fat milk
-1 cup of fresh pineapple with juice
-4 squeezes of Skinnygirl Stevia Liquid Sweetener
-Pinch of salt
-1 cup of ice cubes
1. In large Skinnygirl blender container, combine avocado, milk, pineapple, sugar and salt; whirl until smooth.
2. Add ice; whirl until ice is crushed, using pulsing action to achieve desired texture.
