Savory Salad with Skinnygirl Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing

Using Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, you can easily create this savory and healthy salad!

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup pine nuts (can substitute slivered almonds)
• 1/3 cup chopped red onion
• ⅓ cup chopped tomatoes 
• 1 pound fresh kale, rinsed and patted dry
• 1/4 cup Skinnygirl Balsamic Vinaigrette
• 1/4 cup grated Vegan parmesan cheese,
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a salad bowl, add the kale and the dressing. Massage the kale with your hands until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the toppings, toss, and season to taste with salt and pepper and serve!
