1. Show Your Email No Mercy

When you get an email, deal with it immediately. Don’t waste time later re-reading the same email later when you can shoot off a one-sentence answer right when you get it.

2. Use FollowUpThen.com

Anytime I get an email that needs a follow-up later, whether it’s in two weeks or two hours, I send it to 2weeks@followupthen.com, or 2hours@followupthen.com. The app will send you an email right when you needs to deal with it.

3. When sending texts and emails, keep it brief.

Get to the point so you don’t waste your time or anyone else’s. Reserve the chit-chat for coffee dates.
