Take The Stairs
I saw this little sign hanging near an elevator bank and it inspired me- is that totally weird?
Being healthy and fit is all about doing what you can, when you can. If you have the extra few minutes to walk up the stairs, DO IT! Maybe just make a promise to yourself: “For the next week, I will take the stairs when I can.”
This sign is true- you could be there by now. This can apply to your whole life-whether it’s taking the stairs, making better meal choices, splitting time between friends and family… do what you can, when you can, because you could be there by now; where ever you want to be!
