Bethenny’s Favorite Finds: Yoga Must Haves
To me, yoga is a religion. After a decade of practice, I still learn something new every time. I may not always be able to do it as much as I’d like, but all it takes is one hour and I feel so great. I walk in a pretzel and come out spaghetti.
After being off of my workout routine for months, I’m finally back on the yoga train. If you’ve been following my Instagram, you know I’ve been practicing my positions all over the place – on top of my jeep, in the Galapagos, anywhere I can really.
Being able to do yoga in pajamas at home is one of its many benefits (lately I’ve been living in my “Get Off My Jock” tee), but it’s also nice to have some quality workout gear for when you’re doing a class or at the gym. These are some of my favorite finds (BFFs) when it comes to getting my yoga on.
LOVE Beyond Yoga. Most amazing and comfortable pants ever. My favorite part is the fabric – it’s SO soft. Plus, they have a ton of fun designs and colors so you’re able to get a little variety in your workout wardrobe.
S’WELL WATER BOTTLES
Everyone should own at least one of these. I can’t say enough good things about them. They keep your drink cold forever and they come in so many cute designs – matte, stone, shiny, glitter, etc. The coolest thing about them is the fact that they’re a supporter of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF which means they help provide clean water to those in need. LOVE.
I like Lukka because they have classic pieces that are comfortable and fit true to size. Saks Off Fifth has a sale going on right now on a few of their pieces that’s definitely worth taking advantage of.
EXPRESS BUILT-IN-BRA TANKS
They’re not exactly “yoga apparel” but I love these camis – they’re very comfortable and they hold up really well. I’m almost positive I have one in every color. If you can ever catch these on a sale, I highly recommend stocking up.
Flywheel is part indoor cycling studio, part apparel company with an badass philosophy to “Never Coast.” I’m a big fan of their sweats and sweatshirts. They’re great for doing yoga and even better to lounge around in on the weekends.
Always remember to fuel up before any work out. I usually grab either a Skinnygirl® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar or a Protein Power Muffin from Trader Joe’s. Both are portion controlled yet extremely filling.
