Directions

Place cauliflower pieces through the food processor using the grating blade. Pulse until the cauliflower is shredded.

Place cauliflower in a pan. Fill the bottom with water. Cover and steam until tender, about 15 minutes. Transfer cauliflower into a large bowl and refrigerate. Stir occasionally, until cooled, about 20 minutes.

Preheat an oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat.

Stir shredded mozzarella, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper into cauliflower until evenly mixed. Pour mixture onto the prepared baking sheet; press and shape into a pizza crust.

Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.

Add desired amount of sauce, mozzarella cheese and basil to crust.

Hi Bethenny, from watching your programs, I'm interested in getting my recipe patented. I've tried to look up various Patent Companies, however, to no avail.

Can you recommend a reliable company(s) to go to for help in pursuing my patent search.

Thank you for your immediate response.

Your fan,

Rhonda Figueroa

Hello...I tried making the cauliflower pizza twice and both times the crust did not come toasty, I even cooked it longer then the recipe says. Any idea how thin he crust should be? Thanks

I have to say your comment today on the show regarding strip clubs...truly bothered me. Men don't just go and get a dance...they get a lot more at these places. They don't sell condoms in the bathroom for no reason. I think they should all be shut down...because all they do is destroy families. It's sick what goes on there.
