Anti-Aging Antioxidant Smoothie

This recipe is a quick and easy breakfast for anyone looking to pump up their anti-aging routine.


1 cup blueberries (can also use raspberries or strawberries)
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 banana
1 cup ice


Add to blender and blend till smooth.

I know that blueberries are good for anti aging and for glowing the skin, but I don't like the blueberries in Taste. So, is there anything that can be used instead of blueberries.
