Hi Bethany- I don't get the opportunity to watch your show as often as I'd like, but when I do get the chance, I'm so excited to see how real and genuine you are. I'm a 42 yr old proud mother of of two beautiful girls and a have an amazing and supportive husband of 13 yrs. I'm not only grateful for my family but for my life.
I have been out of work for the past year, my husband is also not working because of an injury and the stress level is extremely high. Because of all the stress and me feeling like i have to keep it all together and find a way to support my family, the stress led to having what i thought was a heart attack, and caused me to spend two days in the hospital enduring all types test to make sure i was ok. Luckily it wasn't a heart attack but a rude awakening that i have to take better care of myself if i want to take care of my family.
I'm thankful for the love and support and understand from my family and friends during this trying time in my life, and although the stress still exist , i'm learning how to deal with it better to find some resolution to our problems.

Thanks for listening

Love your show! I felt especially connected to this segment. I created a web site,, that is dedicated to the sharing of stories and messages of gratitude. You can share your message/story then notify that person that they made a positive impact on your day, year or life!! This is not a $ generating site. It is just a place for gratitude.
