Being successful has a lot to do with being grateful. Bethenny talks about this in her book, "A Place of Yes," and she has 10 tips to help you be more grateful and celebrate your success

Trista Sutter shares her tips for being more grateful in her new book, "Happily Ever After.”

Trista mentions that she also has a jar in which she keeps grateful thoughts to remind herself of all the good things in her life. She writes them down every day and encourages others to do the same if they want to find more gratitude.

Gabrielle Bernstein, author of several New York Times bestsellers, also shared her tips for being grateful. She encourages you to start a gratitude list.

Hi Bethany- I don't get the opportunity to watch your show as often as I'd like, but when I do get the chance, I'm so excited to see how real and genuine you are. I'm a 42 yr old proud mother of of two beautiful girls and a have an amazing and supportive husband of 13 yrs. I'm not only grateful for my family but for my life.
I have been out of work for the past year, my husband is also not working because of an injury and the stress level is extremely high. Because of all the stress and me feeling like i have to keep it all together and find a way to support my family, the stress led to having what i thought was a heart attack, and caused me to spend two days in the hospital enduring all types test to make sure i was ok. Luckily it wasn't a heart attack but a rude awakening that i have to take better care of myself if i want to take care of my family.
I'm thankful for the love and support and understand from my family and friends during this trying time in my life, and although the stress still exist , i'm learning how to deal with it better to find some resolution to our problems.

I had to move back in with my mother also .I am divorced and I have 2 children.One is 29 years old and she is married and doing well,my other child is 12 years old and with me.I have been married twice and divorced twice,I am on a diet journey because I was very obese,I have lost 143 pounds and I am going to the gym 4 times a week.Hopefully one day I will find happiness in my life as well as I hope the story about the young lady who was left high and dry from her spouse will find her happiness.
