Military Family Gets a Huge Holiday Surprise!

Andrea thought she was bringing her family to New York City to take a family picture and meet Bethenny Frankel, but Jenni Pulos and Bethenny had a big surprise for her. Jenni Pulos, from Bravo's "Flipping Out," met Andrea at her hotel on a snowy New York City day and took her on a holiday shopping spree at JCPenney. Then, Andrea came on "bethenny" and was able to see her husband.

I appreciated the love you showed for the military family featured on your show. You just don't know how much I'm sure that family appreciated your kindness and gift. It really brought tears to my eyes because I lost a future son-in-law on 2/2/2013 to murder after he served a year tour in Afganistan and returned home in September just to have his life snatched away. He was not only a hero serving his country but our hero. While sitting in his car parked with his son attempting to visit his grandmother, he was gunned down and killed. It was only for the heroic action he took to save his son (my grandson) that he sacrificed his life and covered his son so he would live. He was killed instantly and my grandson was shot in the leg and the bullets grazed his head and other leg. He was only 25 years old and this holiday we all will truly miss him, especially the three children. So I thank you Bethanny for featuring this segment on your show for our troops and their family durng this holiday season.

This really touched my heart,me being a single parent and going through some rough times ,not being able to purchase Christmas presents ,it does my heart some good to know that their are good people such as yourself that are willing to help someone in need. Keep doing what you do and may God continue to bless you.

Seeing this meant so much to me. We are a military family, and just to know what you have done for another military family just touches me beyond words. I wish everyone could understand just how difficult it is for the service member, military spouse, and children during a deployment, especially during the holidays. Thank you.
