Kevin Harrington Shares His Best Business Tips!

An original shark from "Shark Tank" and Chairman of AsSeenOnTV.com, Kevin Harrington shares some tips and tricks to help you take your idea and business to the next level in this video.

Kevin helped Bethenny and June Ambrose determine the winner of Bethenny's $20K Giveaway, and has helped many entrepreneurs turned their ideas into products with As Seen on TV.

  1. If you come up with an idea, look for something that has a mass market capability.
  2. Is it a problem solver?
  3. Is it unique and original to the market?
  4. Does it have a magical transformation quality? Like acne creams.
  5. Get a mentor.
  6. Get a provisional patent.
  7. Put a Board of Advisors together.
  8. Raise capital.
  9. Create prototypes.
  10. To get capital, make sure the idea is fully fleshed out (and functional, if it can be) before pitching.

Hi Bethenny!

I wanted to pass along an idea for the swipe girl business. When women have mammograms they are not aloud to wear deodorant so having a "swipe" in the dressing room for them to put on some deodorant after mammogram would be great. She could market to Breast Centers or medical supply companies. I LOVE your show!!!!

Thanks,
Susie Elliott
