Make The General's Bourbon Miso Sea Bass!

Sea Bass Marinade Ingredients:

7 ounces miso
8 ounces maple syrup
1.5 ounces bourbon
2 ounces of chili paste
1 Tablespoon minced ginger
1 Tablespoon minced garlic

Marinade Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth, reserve on the side.

Sea Bass Ingredients:

4 -6/8 ounces of Sea Bass

Sea Bass Directions:

Lightly coat the fish with marinade and let sit in fridge for 2 hours. Remove from fridge and remove excess marinade. Place on a baking sheet and roast at 375 for approximately 15-20 minutes until the fish is flaking.

Vegetable Garnish Ingredients:

2 cups green beans
1 whole red pepper, julienne
2 cups sliced napa cabbage
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons of olive oil

Vegetable Garnish Directions:

Add oil to hot sauté pan, add vegetable and stir-fry until veggies are translucent. Add salt and pepper to taste.
