Audience Date-Night Recipes: Stuffed Mushrooms

The girlfriends really know how to cook! Try out this dish tonight — Samantha's husband loves them, and we're sure yours will too! 


1 pound of large button white mushrooms
1 medium onion cut very small
5-6 medium cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup white wine
3/4 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
handful of fresh parsley minced
a few dashes of hot sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray sheet with non-stick spray.

Wash mushrooms and twist out the stems.

Place stems, parsley and garlic in food processor and mince. Cut onion by hand or it gets watery.

Melt butter and place mixture in a frying pan, sautéed until light brown. Then, add wine, breadcrumbs, hot sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Stir till mixed well (taste to see if you want to add more wine or hot sauce). Let cool so you can handle with fingers.

Stuff the mixture into mushrooms and place in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
