(1) Bob Harper needs to realize that making all fun foods off-limits is what actually makes one binge on them. When I was younger, I thought that I shouldn't be allowed to eat any ice cream and when I did end up eating ice cream, I would binge. Now, no foods are off-limit and I don't binge. He doesn't understand that making something totally forbidden is what actoally causes the out-of-control behavior.
(2) Today, a woman asked if she should go on another date with a guy since the first date was at Dunkin Donuts. The audience said no, but I disagree because she met him through internet dating. If she had met him at a nightclub first, they would both know what each one really looked like and their personalities. When I have met guys through internet dating, I prefer the first meeting be at Dunkin Donuts. That way, you only spend ten to fifteen minutes with someone instead of wasting two hours or more with someone who you find out you don't like. I hope she does date him again.
