Tips on How to Turn Off Your Food Noise

What is "food noise?" Bethenny defines it in her books (including the recently released Skinnygirl Solutions) as "anxiety-fueled noise in your head that tells you that some foods are 'bad' and some are 'good,' or that you are 'bad' or 'good' for eating particular things in a particular way."

How many of us haven't had a day where we've said, "I've been good today, so I'll let myself eat that piece of cake" or "I've been bad lately… I can't really afford to eat that Greek salad for lunch"?

How do you conquer food noise? It's a journey you take one step at a time.

I just want to know why you continuously get Real Housewives of whichever place on your show? Then you ask them relationship or real life questions, do you honestly think your audience or anyone other than a real housewife can relate to their lives? Ridiculous. Oh and please stop getting comedians or people not in relationships to give relationship advice. There's more to life than sex and relationships. Being a woman the only thing in my life is not trying to get, please, or keep a man. A man should be trying to get, please and keep us! I PVR your show everyday because I think you are an inspiration, but like your Talkshow cohort says "its time to get real". If you want real stop asking unreal people about real topics. Stop talking about relationships with men, and work on women's relationships with themselves, then you can be sure women will be empowered to ensure they are making the best decisions for them and won't be led astray by anyone. Just sayin'!
