Summer Recipes that Make You Go Mmmm: Bethenny's Peas and Lentils
Lots of people make the mistake of serving peas exactly as they come. With some minor tweaks, your peas will impress your guests and taste a lot fancier:
1/4 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Heat up peas. Sauté onions in pan. Add peas. Add salt and pepper.

Melissa’s Steamed, Ready to Eat Lentils
1/2 cup chopped sweet pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Heat up lentils. Sauté peppers in olive oil in large pan. Add lentils, cumin, and cilantro. Sauté.
