Summer Recipes that Make You Go Mmmm: Bethenny's Stir Fry

Bethenny is all about using what you have, and who doesn't readily have a bunch of veggies sitting around just waiting to go bad in the fridge? Instead of leaving them to rot in the crisper, use almost all of them for this easy-to-make, delicious dish that's as nutritious as it is practical:

Stir Fry

½ chopped onion
¼ cup of corn
¼ cup chopped broccoli
¼ cup chopped cauliflower
¼ cup of carrots
½ of a zucchini, chopped
⅓ cup chopped snap peas
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté all ingredients in pan

It's a vegetarian feast that costs almost nothing and takes no time at all to make.
