Summer Recipes that Make You Go Mmmm: Bethenny's Asparagus

Nothing classes up a light summer lunch like asparagus. It's beyond healthy, but it also feels like a treat — and how many vegetables can you say that about?


1 bunch of chopped asparagus
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp cumin
Chop asparagus. Lightly steam in pan. Add balsamic vinegar and cumin. Mix together.

A little effort in steaming asparagus goes a long way toward making a green side dish that goes great with your main course, whether it's a sandwich or even something fancier, like salmon.
