Take a Peek: What's in Bethenny's Travel Makeup Bag

One of Bethenny’s top packing tips is having cosmetics bags already packed, so you aren’t running around like a loon throwing big shampoo bottles into your carry-on. When you're busy, just a little bit of planning can make a crazy-huge difference.

Now she’s showing us what’s inside her Sonia Kashuk makeup case so you can try her tricks — and get the products she uses — before your next trip.

You don’t have to buy anything new to pack light. Like Bethenny says, you can rinse out small bottles you already have and pour a different product inside, like she does with her eye makeup remover here. Watch below as she goes through her bags!

Do you want a skin makeover? Tell us about your skin issues — acne, dryness, blotchiness, etc. — and you could be on Bethenny’s show!

Good tips--I do the same thing.Save those sample envelopes. My favorite skincare has mini bottles of what I use most. They stay in the travel bag. Palettes for eyeshadow, must-have in neutrals, one eye pencil in espresso, several small brushes, one blush in a fave shade, I like a highlighter-blush block. One mini mascara (throw it out after a few months, replace), one lipstick and gloss. Foundation in a stick form, mineral foundation in a compact baked form to double as powder, small tube of concealer. Can all fit into a medium makeup bag and not take up too much space in an overnight bag.

I do that too, reuse bottles. I just mark them with a sharpie( sometimes I forget what I put inside, giggle) I have a travel bag already packed too, although we don;t travel as often as we would like to. I really like the makeup bag with the holders for the brushes. I need to find one like that. Hugs!
