What I Ate Today: Steak and Ice Cream

You don’t have to go to a steakhouse and order only a salad. Have a portion of the steak you want, and if you’re really hungry, fill up on raw veggies first. That way you won’t go off the rails.

That’s what I did at dinner tonight, and I still got my fill of that tasty steak.

Hi Bethenny,

I just want to say I'm sorry you and your X couldn't make it work!!! I loved that show!!!! I hope one day you can get back with him. Just sayin. On the recipes you make over could you put the carbs, sugar and calorie along with the recipes? Thank you,
