What I Ate Today: Greek Salad

What I Ate Today: Greek Salad

I always say "Use what you have," and with all the rushing around I did today, I had to figure out how to make what was available work for me.

The "why" behind all of these snacks and meals is important: I tried to choose the best food options possible during the different situations I was in today, even when there were a lot of fat- and calorie-heavy pastries around, like at my morning business meeting.

Still, I tasted everything I wanted to — even a fritter at a late cocktail party — but I included a lot of veggies, I didn’t go crazy, and I felt satisfied at the end of this crazy day.

I actually thought that Bethenney was 'naturally thin' and thought she ate well and exercised to keep in such great shape. After reading these 'what i ate' posts, i'm actually disgusted to discover that she actually doesn't eat well at all - she just barely eats.

This is really disappointing, and borderline dangerous for women with low self esteem that look up to Bethenney - a handful of this and handful of that for a main meal? How about using you position as a role model to encourage women to follow a healthy and balanced eating plan. And where are your fruit and vegies?

This is really disturbing reading... you should all be ashamed of yourselves for publishing this rubbish for your audience.

I love energy bars for breakfast too! Love thee posts so much! These, your outfit posts and the video tutorials are my favorite:) Your blog has really stepped up its game; I come here at least twice a day!
