Bethenny's Whole-Grain French Toast

Satisfy your morning sweet tooth with this healthy take on French Toast.

Recipe: Whole-Grain French Toast

4 egg whites
1 tsp real vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
4 slices of whole grain bread

1. Combine the egg whites, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a shallow pan. Beat lightly with a fork or wire whisk.

2. Put the 4 slices into the pan, then flip to coat both sides.

3. Spray a nonstick skillet or griddle with cooking spray and place over medium heat.

4. Cook the slices in the preheated skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side. Top with fruit.
