Cheers to National Margarita Day

Happy National Margarita Day! In the darkness of winter, we happily welcome any excuse to drink more yummy Skinnygirl Margaritas. Here are two great recipes to try tonight. To accompany your cocktail, Bethenny's Low Fat Mock-a-Mole makes the perfect pairing.
Ingredients:
6 ounces Skinnygirl Mango Margarita
1/2 cup frozen mango
3 cups of ice
2 fresh strawberries sliced down the middle for garnish
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except garnish, in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Place in a margarita glass and garnish with sliced strawberry.
Ingredients:
6 ounces Skinnygirl Mango Margarita
3 cups (fresh or frozen) strawberries
2 fresh strawberries sliced down the middle for garnish
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except garnish, in blender and blend until smooth
2. Place in a margarita glass and garnish with sliced strawberry.
Increase the fiber and decrease the fat with this take on guacamole.
Ingredients:
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
1 cup cooked green peas
1/4 cup chopped fresh tomato
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. You can garnish with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips, whole grain crackers and raw vegetables.
