Bryn's Boo-Boo Berry Smoothie
Fresh fruit smoothies are a great way to start your day or perfect for a fix when that afternoon sugar craving kicks in. This one is Bryn’s favorite. I make enough for her and I to share and stir in the Skinnygirl Daily Cleanse & Restore to mine for added fiber.
Bryn’s Boo-Boo Berry Smoothie
½ cup soymilk
½ cup unsweetened apple juice
½ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup blueberries
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
