I recently came across this roundup of delicious looking quinoa recipes and had to share. Quinoa is a great Skinnygirl food, because it’s high in protein and it’s one of the few plant-based foods that contain all the essential amino acids. This makes it a favorite of vegetarians and vegans. Any of these recipes can also be served alongside meat.
