Skinnygirl Daily Cleanse Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen peaches (or your favorite fruit)
- 1/3 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt (low-fat greek yogurt or your favorite flavor low-fat yogurt)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 Skinnygirl Daily on-the-go cleanse packet
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Another great way to consume the cleanse for people like me who don't want to power through a green water is by simply adding it to a delicious greek yogurt. Try it out and let me know what you think.
