Improv Turkey Burger

I whipped this Turkey Burger recipe together the other night. Add one of my simple vegetable sides to it and it makes a great dinner!

Makes 4 patties
Bake Time: 12 Minutes

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon spice seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon Tabasco
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 pound low fat ground turkey meat

Preparation:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until mixed well. Use ice cream scoop or Â1Ž2 cup measure to make 4 equal-size patties.

Put patties on broiler or pan lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Broil patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done.
