These delicious and refreshing yogurt pops are a great alternative to the typical popsicles that are loaded with sugar. They’re easy to make and even the kids can help!
Makes 12 popsicles
2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
1/3 cup raw sugar
18 reduced fat vanilla cookies or graham crackers
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt and sugar until well blended.
Divide yogurt evenly into 6- 3 ounce waxed paper cups.
Freeze for an hour
Insert a popsicle street into each cup, freeze for 2 more hours
Crush vanilla cookies or graham crackers in a food processor until fine.
Remove yogurt popsicles from cup and roll in cookie crumbs.
