vanilla popsicle
These delicious and refreshing yogurt pops are a great alternative to the typical popsicles that are loaded with sugar.  They’re easy to make and even the kids can help!    
Makes 12 popsicles
  •  2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
  •  1/3 cup raw sugar
  •  18 reduced fat vanilla cookies or graham crackers
Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt and sugar until well blended.
  2. Divide yogurt evenly into 6- 3 ounce waxed paper cups.
  3. Freeze for an hour
  4. Insert a popsicle street into each cup, freeze for 2 more hours
  5. Crush vanilla cookies or graham crackers in a food processor until fine.
  6. Remove yogurt popsicles from cup and roll in cookie crumbs.
  7. Place in a new cup and freeze until ready.
