Rosemary Potatoes

A great side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

1 pound baby white potatoes, halved
1 rosemary sprig (remove greens and mince)
1/2 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Coat with olive oil.

2. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.

3. Increase heat to 400º for 10 minutes.

4. Heat at broil until brown and crispy.
