Q: How do you motivate yourself to exercise when you are too busy or too tired? This seems to be a common problem for a lot of women, especially new mothers.

A: I do what I can. Even if I do 15 minutes of the Body by Bethenny DVD, it is better than nothing and doesn't make me dread exercise. I also like that I can do it at home. Sometimes I sneak in a little bit while my baby is in the bouncy seat next to me.

Don't stress about exercise; make it fit into your schedule rather than planning your life around getting to the gym or working out. Taking a walk, even with your kids, or popping in my DVD and doing a little bit of exercise in your living room while your baby is napping really adds up. The key is to make working out work for you.
