chicken cran salad

A low-cal lunch that still tastes great!

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 tbsp. slivered almonds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. nondairy mayonnaise
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
