Cranberry-Almond Chicken Salad

A low-cal lunch that still tastes great!
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 tbsp. slivered almonds
1 1/2 tbsp. dried cranberries
1 1/2 tbsp. nondairy mayonnaise
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
