
Here's how to miraculously and easily grate ginger:
- Cover the chosen side of a box grater with plastic wrap.
- Cut off brown skin of ginger in areas you will be using.
- Run the ginger against the plastic wrap and begin to grate (magically, the plastic will not tear)
- Take plastic off the grater.
- Remove ginger.
Ginger can also be squeezed to remove juice.
